Another Soccer weekend

It's all starting again........We have just finished a wonderful summer of "nothing". Now our kids' soccer and hockey is starting up again. My husband and I were getting a little bored over the few weeks off but I knew what was coming. Even though we enjoy that they are on these travel teams and they are really amazing athletes, we sure devote alot of time and money to the cause. Our oldest is in a soccer tournament in Columbus this weekend. Fortunately, she went with a friend. (I will take the Chicago tournament). My middle daughter has a game today at noon and tomorrow at 8 am. I hate the early games. I'm not one to sleep in but I do love to relax in the mornings while everyone else sleeps in. We are just waiting for the email announcing the startup of the hockey practice. Oh well , in a few short years, I'll have a life again.

Trying to figure it out

Over the last couple of months, I have been enjoying reading so many other blogs. I started by looking for information about Japan and found some sites that I have been reading since January. I love to read about their adventures in Japan and it brings back so many happy memories. I dont think I have anything interesting to write about but, who knows, it might be fun.
I am 40 years young and have 3 kids. They are very active in sports and my husband and I run around alot taking them to their practices and games. We enjoy it but it does take alot of energy as well as patience. Once they go on to college we will be wondering where the time went. Their ages are 14, 13, and 10.
